The contract

CAPGENX Private Limited (CIN U62099KA2026PTC214139) of 4th Floor, 8-5/2, Lakshmi Complex, Sai Anurag Colony, Industrial Area, Ameenpur, Bachupally, Hyderabad, Telangana 500118 operates Lexqo at https://lexqo.ai/.

Effective 20 October 2026. You accept these terms and the Privacy Policy when you create an account (a tick box at the end of sign-up). Related documents: Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund Policy, and Grievance Redressal.

Eligibility

Users under the age of 18 must have explicit parental or guardian consent. By creating an account you confirm that you are 18 or older, or that your parent or guardian has agreed to these terms on your behalf and will supervise your use. A parent or guardian may ask us to close a minor's account at any time. You are responsible for keeping login details confidential and for activity on the account.

Closing an account

You may delete your account yourself in the app (profile menu → Account & Privacy), or ask support at capgenx.com/contact. We aim to complete it in 7-30 days except records required by tax or security law.

AI tutor

You're interacting with an AI tutor. Responses are AI-generated and may be inaccurate — verify important facts. Do not treat generated lessons, quizzes, or spoken answers as a substitute for a teacher, textbook, or professional advice. We moderate uploads and prompts for safety.

Your materials

You keep rights in content you upload. You grant us a licence to host, process, and display it so the product can work (including sending it to AI processors). Do not upload others’ copyrighted material without permission, or illegal or harmful content.

NCERT textbooks

Guided Learning lessons, practice and quizzes are built from NCERT textbooks. The textbook content belongs to NCERT, and Lexqo is not affiliated with or endorsed by NCERT. Use it for your own study only.

Camera and microphone

Camera is off by default. If you turn it on, it may be used to estimate attention during a lesson. You can stop the camera at any time. Microphone is off by default. If you turn it on, audio is processed for that session.

Fees and GST

Prices are shown before you pay. Invoices include GST where applicable (Telangana). Checkout is provided by Razorpay. Full cancellation rules are in the Refund Policy.

You must not

• Break Indian law, harass others, or cheat in a way that harms other learners
• Probe, scrape, or attack the service, or share malware
• Resell access or generated content as if it were your original commercial course without our written permission

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Service and exams

The platform is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee exam ranks, admission, or uninterrupted uptime. To the extent Indian law allows, our liability for paid use is limited to fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for proven fraud.

India

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the next sentence, courts at Hyderabad, Telangana may hear disputes. If you are a consumer, you may also use the consumer commission that has jurisdiction over you. Privacy complaints may go to the Data Protection Board of India after you use our grievance process.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we show the new version in the app and ask you to accept it before you continue. If you do not accept, you can close your account.
